Jersey Shore Adult Day Health Care Center Bringing Together Communities In Monmouth County

Close your eyes for a moment and picture your childhood.

For most of us, there are some constants in the image, such as parents, siblings, and friends.  For many of us, there are other constants as well, tell-tale memories that reveal an average American upbringing.  However, there are also things in your childhood that reflect a special connection to a culture outside of the American melting pot.  Whether it was your mom making a traditional recipe from the country of ancestors or a friend sharing their cultural traditions with you, everyone’s life experiences reflect their own personal version of the American Dream.

At Jersey Shore Adult Day Health Care Center, we understand the power of the comforts of home.  Whether it is hearing someone speaking in your “mother tongue” or enjoying a long-forgotten meal from your childhood, we believe that these cultural memories can take you back.  That is why we strive to work with all of our clients to bring a personal touch to their adult day health care experience. At our Jersey Shore facility, this personal touch has led to thriving ethnic and cultural groups at the facility.

Clients who are African American, Latino, Indian, Russian, and Haitian come to our facility to find people from similar backgrounds, as well as care workers that can speak to them in native Spanish, Hindi, Russian, and French.  While we welcome clients from all backgrounds and hope to expand our diversity to offer groups from an even wider variety of cultures and ethnic groups, we have found that some of our happiest clients have walked in and found a little slice of home.
